Cheddar

Cheddar was still a gorgeous young kitty when someone abandoned him in a park, probably believing parks are heaven for cats. But parks are not heaven when you grew up inside a home, never learned how to find food, and suddenly have to survive alone in a huge city like Istanbul — a city that is sadly becoming less and less safe for animals.

When we found Cheddar, he was sick, coughing badly, and covered in nasal discharge. He was clearly struggling. After treatment, we knew we could never put him back outside knowing the same thing would happen again. And we are so glad we listened to that feeling.

Cheddar is truly a fantastic boy — both physically and in character. He is affectionate, playful, and overflowing with love. He jumps onto your lap for cuddles, gives endless headbutts, and wants to be close to people all the time. He gets along beautifully with cats, dogs, children, and everyone he meets.

Cheddar is simply a little ball of sunshine. Whoever adopts him will bring warmth, joy, and love into their home every single day.
