KK came from Nevşehir Shelter — once a Scottish Fold with a home, then suddenly abandoned by an unfaithful adopter.
When we went to rescue cats, most tried to catch our attention. KK didn’t. She sat quietly, as if she had already learned not to expect anything from life. That silence said more than any cry could.
She arrived sick, with high infection values, her little body exhausted. After treatment, she recovered physically. Today, she is healthy.
But happiness takes longer.
Life with us is safer and kinder than the shelter, yet cats who once knew the comfort of a pillow and a home feel the loss differently. KK is calm, gentle, and patient. She waits without demanding — just hoping.
All she needs is someone who will love her, cuddle her, and promise not to break her heart again.
