Benji
Benji’s story broke our hearts.
We came across a Facebook post saying his adopters wanted to leave him at a shelter. In Turkey, shelters are often a point of no return — once animals go in, many never come out alive.
At first, we hoped it was an empty threat made out of frustration. But it wasn’t. They abandoned him there without looking back.
We rushed to bring him to safety just in time. The moment Benji realized he was leaving that place behind, his whole face lit up with relief and joy.
Benji is a beautiful border collie mix with a gentle heart and a playful spirit. Medium-sized, affectionate, and incredibly sweet, he loves people, children, and other dogs alike. He has that happy, energetic nature typical of his breed and will thrive with an active family who enjoys walks, playtime, and adventures. His favorite game? Fetch — he will proudly bring the ball back to you again and again, tail wagging the entire time.
After being abandoned once, Benji deserves a family that will never give up on him again.

Benji is the kind of dog who brings joy wherever he goes. Gentle, affectionate, and full of happy energy, he loves being around people and makes friends easily with both dogs and children. He is playful without being overwhelming and absolutely loves fetch — he could chase and bring back a ball for hours with the biggest smile on his face.
