In Turkey, it’s not uncommon for people to abandon their dogs—not only from their hearts but also from their cars. We have witnessed countless heart-wrenching scenes of dogs chasing after vehicles, desperately believing it might be their family's car. Some refuse to leave the spot where they were left behind, their sorrowful eyes fixed on the road, clinging to the hope that their loved ones will return. Koca Kafa (Big Head) was one of those dogs, left behind in Bakirkoy Istanbul, his heart filled with longing and confusion.
