About

Paytak

Paytak’s story is one that kept me awake at night. I first learned about him through a desperate plea for help from Nevşehir. A kind-hearted student had spotted him on a desolate road, far from civilization—he had been hit by a car and left to suffer alone. Unable to help, she had no choice but to return to her daily life, but before she did, she made one last attempt to save him by sharing his heartbreaking situation.

For days, Paytak lay in pain by the roadside until we were finally able to reach him. His leg was severely broken, and he had to undergo surgery, where metal plates were inserted to help him heal. Though he still struggles to fully use his back right leg, this brave little survivor has the sweetest heart. Thin and fragile from all he has endured, Paytak is now ready to leave the past behind and embrace a future filled with love, joy, and a family that will show him happiness he has never known.
