Tilki was found shivering behind the bars of a harsh, overcrowded shelter — a small, fragile boy placed among much larger dogs. He was so afraid, he couldn’t even get close to the food. We don’t know what his life was like before that cage, but we know how his eyes lit up the moment he was freed from it.
